Shopping with The Online Collective
The Online Collective ships Australia wide and internationally.
Orders are picked and packed from Port Stephens, NSW, Australia.
All orders are sent at Interparcel or Sendle charges, as calculated at checkout, based on the size and weight of your order. There are a few options at the checkout for you to choose from.
We do offer free delivery to the Port Stephens area, contact us for more information.

Deliveries are sent Monday – Friday.
We aim to pack and send off items as orders are received. Usually this is the day of or following receipt of the order.
Order processing may take a little longer during particularly busy periods or sale events. We appreciate your patience and promise we are working as fast as this small team can.
We are also reliant on the delivery times and options that the couriers have, please keep in mind in peak periods delivery could be a bit slower.
Domestic customers: We entrust Interparcel and Sendle with delivering our orders. Unless sent by express, parcels will generally arrive in 5 days. Once your order is fulfilled you will be provided with a tracking number that you can use to keep an eye on your parcel once your item is in transit.
International customers: Again, we are using Interparcel and Sendle to send international orders. Shipping will calculate for you at checkout, based on the individual items in your order. We are always on the look out for cost effective ways to ship internationally. If you do have any questions, please reach out to us.
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, size and weight of your particular order. All shipping costs are displayed in AU dollars.
Some parcels sent overseas will be quarantined by Customs until an additional fee is paid to Customs to release the parcel to you. Please check the applicable Custom laws in your country before placing your order. The Online Collective is not liable to pay such fees and is not responsible for the rejection of your parcel.

We use Interparcel or Sendle for deliveries. You will need to provide an address for purchases, they cannot be delivered to a PO Box.
Yes! Of course you can, plus we would love to meet you! Be sure to select the IN-STORE PICK UP option at checkout and leave a note in the comments for us so we know when to expect you and have your parcel ready.

Is something faulty or damaged?
We are so sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item so that we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Changed your mind or the item just wasn’t what you were hoping for?
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so that we can arrange an exchange, credit or refund.
Important bits to note:
- Returned items need to be in unused condition, tags attached and where applicable, in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs will be at the customers expense
- A full refund will be paid once we receive the returned item
